Once your order is being placed, no cancellation is allowed.

We do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds in the event that you change your mind.

All earrings sold are not allowed for refund or exchange due to hygiene purposes.
As the earrings are all made by hand, some pieces may not be perfect and may have some small bumps or dents. This is not considered a defect.
As for Jesmonite, it will produce a porous surface and thus the pores are not considered a defect as well.

All polymer clay cutters sold are not allowed for refund or exchange if you change your mind, ordered the wrong product, damaged the product by misusing it or used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
Due to the nature of 3D printing, we cannot guarantee that every single cutter will print perfectly.
If you have received wrong or damaged cutters, do contact us via email at claylabsg@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving it. We will assess it on a case-by-case basis.
