Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not allowed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
As all Clay Lab SG pieces are handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, texture and finishing may occur. Small imperfections such as minor bumps, marks or variations are part of the handmade nature of our pieces and are not considered defects.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, all earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at claylabsg@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, together with your order details and clear photos of the item.
We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
